How is everyone enjoying the weather?

I was feeling quite smug at the golf club this morning, booked an early tee time & when I had finished a number of people waiting to go off were rather envious that I had managed to complete a round in the dry. I politely said enjoy your game knowing full well that they would almost certainly get wet. Within the next hour the rain arrived right on cue.

Thank goodness I could take cover in a customer's garage to construct a 6ft ledged and braced gate. Summer will never offer what we remember as kids. Endless days of sunshine. Now it's endless days of shite!

Let's not complain about the weather. It was over 51C in some parts of Pakistan yesterday.

The Met Office have said the Summer season(June July, August) will have at least 50 days of rain this year ( Last year there was 40 days) over the same period, so something to look forward too.

Made the most of today in the garden.
Hedge and trees given a good cutting.
Cleaned all around our hot tub and gave the tub a good clean out.
Say hot tub....it's one of those inflatable spas. I'm not that well off.
