kelly wasnt even on standby! rio was never gonna get picked if jt was fit! its all to do with the court case so they both cant go so hodgson has chose terry! dint terry also call ledley king sumthin a few years back?

Well this is the point. Hodgson picked Terry. He's made his decision and Rio keeps crying about it.
Add to that Alex Ferguson said publicly that Rio can't handle the games in little time I think it stands to reason why he wasn't picked. If he has a problem it should be with his club manager.

As for Terry saying "sumthin" a few years back, I certainly haven't heard that story, but being that Ledley King used to partner Terry when they was kids I would think it was paper talk.

rio isnt happy with what fergie said! but hodgson wont listen to what any manager says will he? u said urself hes not a yes man didnt u?? rio is being made the scapegoat for what happened between john terry and anton ferdinand! if it wasnt for this pending court case and all this going on he will no doubt be in the squad and alot of people can see that! hes had a gud season, good form, injury free, and loads of central defenders are injured, like cahill, smalling, dawson, and rio still cant get in the squad! will hodgson cum out and say the real reason why he cant take rio? no he wont will he! terry mite not be guilty of racism but rio his being made the scapegoat and lost his place thru it, and if players are picked on form then we all know quite a few of this squad shouldnt be going to the euros should they?

There are definitely points you make I agree with. But there is also some points I don't. I can't accept Rio has been made a scape goat. He could of ended this weeks ago when there was a media frenzy about who will be dropped, if Rio had come out and said there wasn't a problem with him and Terry, like you say, they'd probably both have gone.
However because there clearly is a problem, he can't take them both so had to decide. I personally think Terry is the better defender and I think the right call was made. What has happened with injuries since is a problem, but how can he now take Rio if he won't play with Terry?
We all know the decision wasn't purely for football reasons.

he can olnly take 1 of them then ok! terry is the accused ok, althou ur innocent till proven guilty! rio has dun nothin wrong and maybe terry hasnt we will find out in july what happens! but with the season rio has had he deserved to go, but he cant apparently cos sumone who has been accused of racially abusing his brother his goin instead! but we dont know wether he did or not yet, we dont know the outcome! anyway gud luck england!
