Gawd above they look even more awful than after surgery no 1, 2, 3 - or however many its been now, lost count - in my opinion. I'm sure there are legions of fans out there who love the ridiculousness of the "keep on enlarging every time they droop even further" mentality, but for me and I suspect a fair proportion of others, it just looks worse and worse, whoever the recipient is.

Sorry to say this, but I think you'll find yourself in the minority. It does not matter how many times she enlarges them, she still looks beautiful and so do her tits.
