Agree very interesting. Ronda’s Signing with wwe has been reported as imminent for a while now so not surprised it’s reportedly done.

Bet she’ll debut no 30 in the women’s royal rumble

So that's the 25th Anniversary of Raw done & dusted then in a complete anti-climax which only highlighted the complete lack of creativity among the hierachy.Where the stars of yesteryear(or decades) were merely brought out to a mere hand-wave & a non-speaking role.The opening promo started off quite well with the McMahon's & Stone Cold Steve Austin but when even Austin doesn't have a speaking role (he is one of the best mic-talkers bar-none) didn't bode well for the rest of the night.

The Undertaker went on a bit of a ramble that was either cryptic or not put across well (did he announce his retirement or not),the anticipated match-up between Bray Wyatt & 'Woken' Matt Hardy never got going with an abrupt wtf ending & what was the point of the Slater/Rhyno vs Titus/whatshisname match.The ending feud between Strowman ,Brock & Kane was quick but too predictable & brought the curtain down on a disappointing 3 hour showing.

The only highlights for me was The Miz beating Reigns to get the IC Title back (& I'm not even a fan of The Miz) & seeing Kelly Kelly & Torrie Wilson (looking as hot as ever).In hindsight (& the complete lack of ideas) the WWE should have probably filled the show with compilations & highlights of the best bits of Raw whilst being interviewed by the wrestlers involved (even the one's who didn't show up last night).

With the Royal Rumble just round the corner it really should the time for the creatives to advocate unexpected winner(s) from both the men's & women's Rumble's instead of the same-old,same-old usual bookies favourites.But guessing from last nights Raw Reigns will either get either No 1 (& eliminate everyone) or No 30 (& get an easy ride to WM).

It really points up something rotten when Miz has held that belt for more than a year over the past 2 years.

I still hope there's a surprise but it's on the cards for reigns to win the title against Brock at mania

I could not agree more. I have stopped watching the product the week to week basis now and just tend stick to the ppvs for this reason, going into this show I felt it could have been the perfect opportunity to promote the rumble using the past stars building up current but it rarely got a look in, miz getting the belt was probably the standout moment and im not his biggest fan either but he is arguably doing his best work over the last couple years and to be fair has brought some kind of importance of what little is left of the intercontinental championship.

^The rumours have been circling for a while that Enzo was getting a lot of heat backstage with staff & other wrestlers over his poor attitude but the WWE wouldn't get rid of him as he was one of the biggest merchandise sellers.
It was claimed that he has a rape allegation hanging over his head & he didn't declare certain details to the WWE & so he was given the heave-ho.

The Cruiserweight division is pretty weak as it is & now with the loss of Enzo as well as Neville they need to double down in their attempts to find talent (I know Ricochet has signed) & I reckon the Olive branch they should be holding out to Neville should be more like an olive tree.

Oh well who's next in line vying for Nia Jax's affections now I wonder?.

AJ vs Nakamura has all the ingredients for a great WM match (but Styles has always had the ability to have great matches with anyone) & I've heard murmurings that Vinnie & co haven't been sold on Nakamura (particularly his feuds with Jinder Mahal which were poor).

On SD there looks to be some clear friction between AJ & Daniel Bryan particularly over the Kevin Owens/Sami Zayn feud.I think I'll have a few sheckles on Daniel Bryan being the Royal Rumble winner setting up a title-match with him & AJ which would be dynamite.After the Raw brand clearing up the cross-brand feuds at Survivor Series SD really needs a winner(s) in the Rumble to remain relevant.
