England: 303/6 off 50 overs
West Indies: 65/4 off 17 overs

West Indies in tatters, 80/5 from 20 overs. Even England will find it hard to lose from this position.

I think there must be a technical fault with the forum, or with this thread at least. It's telling me that England are on course to win a match decisively and also win a series.

It's not over just yet. West Indies are fighting back and their 200 is up. It's now 200/6 from 39 overs.

West Indies are now 246/7 from 45 overs, needing another 58 from the last 5 overs. Ramdin is 106 not out from 100 balls. I think the technical fault with this thread has been corrected!

With 40 required off the last 3 over Bresnan first 3 deliveries went for 6, 4, 4, before he remembered that the yorker is not extinct & bowled Ramdin for a classy 128.

If England had lost that it would have been a bit of a nightmare from the position they had the Windies in.
Anyway alls well that ends well.
Hopefully a bit of a confidence boost for all concerned.

Yes credit where it is due let us hop they can utilise the confidence this series win has given them and go onto another victory in the T20s.
