It means they haven't bothered sending your eagerly awaited order out in the post from the ordering point on the day you ordered it. It will then sit in a delivery centre for 24 hours, before being given to a delivery man in a van. Obviously he will attempt to deliver it while you are either out at work, sat on the bog or have just nipped to a local shop for two minutes. He will then leave a card saying he hasn't checked to see if he can leave it with your agoraphobic neighbour who never goes out and has instead taken it back to the delivery centre and will try and call when you are unavailable the next day.

Finally its been out so should get it this week, what pisses me off with some of these delivery companies is when claim to have tried to deliver a item to your door but they never did or the item disappears and you get it. its happened to me and best mate loads of times.

Finally after so much drama my Wii U just turned up

Here's my review on the hardware, the box is bloody heavy didn't realise that at first lol. you get the HDMI which is very a company gives you that for free, you get the sensor bar so you can still the Wii games and controllers, a Game Pad, a Wii U stand, a Game Pad Cradle, Game Pad AC Adapter, Wii U AC Adapter, ZombiU, The Wii U it self, Game Pad and the Pro Controller.
The Wii U it self is actually quite heavy there's a lot more weight to it then the Wii and its a lot longer, its gonna get a lot more finger prints due to black gloss finish but its very nice all the same. The power brick is a lot bigger then Wii version, its got 4 USB ports, and slot for the SD card and connect a external hard drive for more storage space.
The Game pad looks a lot bigger then what you think in person you would be mistaken for think its big and uncomfortable to use but its the totally the opposite for something so large you would expect it to be really and it feels the same weight as either a PS3 or 360 pads gotta give credit for Nintendo being able make something so light and so comfortable to use. The buttons and dual sticks feel like a dream to use and i can't wait to see how the games will play am very impressed with it .
The Pro Controller comes only with ZombiU lets face it does look exactly like a 360 pad which is no bad thing, this feels very light and no heavier then Game Pad again a black gloss finish and battery life is much longer then either the PS3 and 360.
On the hardware alone its a nice of kit there lot of potential its just up to the software developers to take full advantage of it am so far very happy with it .

Used a discount code i was offered and used it to get New Super Mario Bros Wii U, hope its good as i never got round to playing the Wii version only the one on the Nintendo DS.

Finally got the Wii U set up and bloody hell gotta wait ages to download the new software plus my brother downloading his digital copies of his blu ray's. Never seen so many wire's for the thing in my life, i have now ZombiU, Darksiders, New Super Mario bros U and Assassins Creed 3: Join or Die Edition.

I've tried out the Rayman demo and wow this game is simply gorgeous to look at not only on a HD Screen but also on the Game Pad it self. The extra screen you get to interact with the game i.e open up platforms or take out the bad guys for you which either you can do yourself or you can let a second person help you out either way you can really see the potential in this game if you have a Wii U you would be mad to try out this demo plus its free along with Fifa 13 which is a free demo too.
There's so much potential here for the Wii U if its correctly and not just done for the sake of it, already with Mario Wii U you can use the touch screen to create blocks to help out the other player reach objects that they normally couldn't reach or imagine playing sports games where you can customise formations, Sub's etc or games like Call of Duty where can use the the screen as a map, customise loads outs, weapons etc etc without having to pause the screen and go into a different menu. The Possibilities are endless here if the Wii is used properly and so far am loving it.
