Glad for Dave Gilbert getting revenge on Kyren from the German Masters. He and Gary Wilson have provided the sort of human interest stories that really add extra dimension to the game.

Though Gary deserves a better nickname than the Tyneside Terror, it makes him sound like he's escaped from Crimewatch

Seems Higgins old-schooled Robertson. So much for his form then.

Higgins-Trump would be a 2011 repeat of course; Higgins' 4th and so far final win. Anything else would be extraordinary. Or more extraordinary

I hope for a Gilbert v Wilson final.
I expect the opposite.
But who knows for sure

Higgins looks a good bet for the final. Trump has yet to hit top form, woeful long potting at times against Maguire. Former cabbie Wilson must have a chance. Taxi for Trump ?
