Just looking at Stokes' T2OI bowling record. 5 wickets at an average of over 61, economy rate of over 9. Much better bowler than that. Rashid has flattered to deceive as well.

I think that says a lot about how we view cricketers in this country. As Test players you wouldn't take too many of this NZ XI but Guptill, Anderson, Sodhi, Santner, McClenaghan & Milne would all have a very good case of being in a combined XI for t20s

That's entirely due to New Zealand playing on tired old wickets. Even my old granny would have spun the ball on them.

New Zealand finish on 153/8. Their innings tailed off badly, as England restricted them to only 20 from the last 4 overs.

Yes it petered out didn't it, considering they were 89/1 at the halfway mark? But New Zealand have bowled well in every match so far.

1 run from the win with 3 overs to spare

Comfortable win by England. Even if the captain played around a straight ball
