I've just watched through last nights show and seen the moment you refer to, and I disagree with you Stan. Granted, it wasn't a Juliett-style front wedgie, but the fact is that the cameraman moved up before we got chance to see. I think that mabe she was hoping the cameraman would pan back down, but he never did so she gave up and moved position.
