It's not exactly inside information - the details are available for all to see. Of course what's official and what goes on behind the scenes are two different things

I have no problem with Freeview as long as the content is the same as Sky and doesn't interfere with any of the girls performance. All the girls should be able to express themselves as individuals freely...

I'm sure Bang Media want the content to be the same for both Sky & Freeview, but unfortunately OFCOM keep "moving the goalposts" with their ambiguous rules & regulations...

I'll sum it up for you like this...

Can you imagine an oiled up Jet Black spreading her bum cheeks to the camera on Freeview? Nah, me neither!

As I have posted elsewhere, The reason the freeview content is worse than the Sky content probably has more to do with pressure applied by the Sky marketing dept., than anything to do with ofcom rules.

Yeah, it's a combination of things... Sky is a factor, but they do have an official "Adult section".

Buck stops with OFCOM, they make the rules...

No, and she’s not allowed to do it on Sky either, at least not without adequate cover, as Ofcom have made quite clear in their latest judgement.

Which, as has been posted many, many, many times, are EXACTLY THE SAME for all broadcasting platforms. There is ONLY ONE Broadcasting Code.

Hmmm, this is all very confusing, im not sure why freeview should chose a tamer broadcast? Anyone got any ideas?

Yes,i get that,just cant understand why they would be?! As ive noted before,its all post watershed and pin protected?? And presumably one has to upgrade the package to recieve that channel anyway, so its a specialist thing unlikely to be seen by any minors ?

Why do we have to keep saying this? Ofcom have repeatedly stated that all tv, from whatever platform, is governed by the Broadcasting Code. There is only one Broadcasting Code.
