i dont know how many times its been said in this thread already but apparently babestation has a different license which enables them to still do 2-4-1's.

Only BS Ch 906 on Sky has a different licence (Dutch) the other Sky BS channels have the same licence as Elite , but seeing has Sky Ch 906 shows the same feed has freeview Ch 94 that is Ofcom regulated it also has to abide by Ofcom rules .

Yet even with all that bs seems to always avoid ofcom while every other channel gets fucked over, what does that tell ya

a lot, but can understand elite playing it cautious with ofcom on the warpath at the moment

You certainly won't be seeing (or hearing) anything like this on a TV babe channel anytime soon, if ever again.

Personally I don't see anything wrong with it. It's not like it's on one of the main channels or you could accidentally be flicking through the channels & see it. It's on it's own area & if anyone is worried about kids watching it, there is the parental settings.
It's about time that the controllers gave these channels some leway & give the fans who watch these shows what they want.

I agree. While the channels were certainly better before with their solo shows, it's the 2-4-1's that really raised them to another level. Elite was the best at this, but now almost everything is very tame. Once in a blue moon we get some better angles and less paranoia, but that's very rare this past year. You'd think Ofcom has made enough money from these fines, that they'd cut the channels some slack and actually allow them to be 18 rated, which they clearly are not, but nope, they still have a choke hold over them. Vaginas are still dirty and dangerous, yet not so dangerous on non adult channels

yeah if they were going to do any 241s they would of done so by now its been so long with no 241s

i was just thinkin are daytime 241s banned as well

2-4-1's arn't banned. It's just that Ofcom have placed such ridiculously heavy restrictions on them, that they are virtually unworkable. As no physical contact is to be made between them whilst on screen.

So we have to make do with 2-4-2's now. Two babes, two phones, at opposite ends of the set.
