That was one of their occasional rule interpretation reminders which listed several practices which are unacceptable in any circumstances and added a final item saying that certain types of girl/girl contact carried a "high risk" of running foul of their 'Generally Accepted Standards' non-definition. They quite specifically didn't say those things were banned and it's quite evident from some of what I've seen since that the channels understand this but seem to have decided not to take any risk unless they think it's in their interest to do so (e.g. a certain channel's relentless promotion of its encrypted so-called "porn channel").

All that clarification notice says to me is that the channels need to be careful not to overdo it. Since the rule and its interpretation have been in force for a considerable period of time during which a great deal of 2-4-1 content has been shown without any challenge fron Ofcom I really don't understand the channels' knee-jerk reaction.

Its odd that Ofcom say GG interaction risks widespread offence. This seems to be blatant antigay discrimination - they would not say that its offensive for a man and a woman to snog, otherwise the entire James Bond genre would have to be banned. And its OK for two men to snog in family soaps. What makes it even more odd is that their own detailed study into public attitudes supported the same rules for gay and straight and did not object to kissing.

Ofcom are making it up.

I'm inclined to agree that Ofcom are making stuff up on the hoof. But then they will do that as they know that the Babeshows are completely spineless and won't dare challenge anything, no matter how absurd the ruling may be.

While I agree, it costs money to challenge a fine, and if they lose, then the channels are screwed twice.

Sadly I don't think challenging Ofcom in court will work. A judge won't care about babe channels, and they won't want to hurt their image with women by being lenient toward them, or buy leaning on their side. The courts will side with Ofcom, because Ofcom has more power than the babe channels.

Ashley Emma & Hannah Martin ! Not sure how long this lasted as I only caught about 5 mins around 11 & it was over.

Decent 2-4-1 last night, though a bit tame for the most part. Still nice to see some interaction though.

The 2-4-1s on S66 may not be up to the standard of say a couple of years ago (but then neither are the babeshows generally - Thanks Ofcom you nannying toerags) but they pish all over BS's so called 2-4-1s (where interaction is at best minimal)

I agree with others that the 2-4-1s seem to be improving, although admittedly this was from a very low base. Still streets ahead of Babestation, who seem to be scared rigid of Ofcom. I always seem to miss the best ones so am very grateful to people who post the caps and vids.
The most daring performers seem to be Katie K, Sammi Tye, Ali (name?) and of course Sophia - I may have missed some. There does seem to be a massive difference between these girls and some of the others who just seem to sit together and do their own thing.

They do seem to be improving, only though when Afroman is doing the filming (No nipple licking allowed since he's been gone). I hope he's here tonight, because there's a one in a million chance he might let Caty have a 2-4-1 , though I know that's highly unlikely.

Why they're pointless now:
