3D Why Not

3D - good idea or not ?

yeah i think so why not

I can see why guys watching it would want it, but it costs a hell of a lot money to produce and you can get 3D television cameras is very expensive indeed.

HD would be better.

HD would be cheaper to do than 3D

Brilliant Idea! what a whole new experience that would be for us viewers a much more 'pleasurable' one i would imagine, but that more of a dream then anything else, i'd doubt it would ever happen.

Nah, it would only be good if it was P.O.V telly with sound and a full screen. You'd need a massive telly to get the best results.

Good idea, I've made this into a poll. And let's not worry about detail like cost, the question is would you like it. Or would it be a pointless gimmic that gives you headaches.

To watch this you wont need 3D glasses but a new '3D Ready' TV, which are expected to be on sale in the UK next year.

However filming in 3D isn't that expensive, you simply need a customized rig with 2 HD cameras mounted 70mm apart.
