Pieterson's overrated? jus cos he's goin thru a bad patch? the guy spent months out, was kinda rushed back in the team without reli havin ne practice matches. But Re: Smith referral. I don't no wot we're complaining about, we got wot we deserved. We cheated or "were guilty gamesmanship" for those who don't agree, in the last game. Broad stepping on the ball, Anderson picking at the ball, bowling at a ridiculously slow over rate so that we take time out of the game, which was the only reason we didn't lose that game. All this cheating is now coming back to bite us in the bum! When will we learn???? we're actually gd enuf 2 beat em fairly!

p.s gta feel sorry for Daryl Harper, he's gettin stick 4 it, when apparantly it's not his fault, its the host broadcaster or sumtin, where the mic's weren't turned on. This is all a result of tryin 2 prevent the airing of sledging. Evry1 no's it goes on, most ppl agree its ridiculous, so y not start handin out fines for those who sledge, at least this way we'll eliminate the stupidity of wot happened 2day!

the umpiring in this test is a joke, lost count of how many times ab de villiers has been out today yet hes still there. daryll harper should be sacked how he overturned the caught behind i dont know, he only golved it then hit it with bat.

England were all out for 169 in their 2nd innings so this means South Africa won by an innings and 74 runs.

England did not deserve the series win. Four collapses in 7 innings is a disgrace.

Abject performance in this test which was disappoiting to say the least after a good series. Mixed outcome on the tour as we've batted without consistency but the batting unit doesn't have an obvious replacemen so perhaps its a question about the order. Bell for number 3? I don't have a problem with Trott there myself and am sure KP will come good - class is permanent. I do find Prior frustrating as he's good enough to grind out some runs but seems to want to bat like a dasher all the time, at least his keeping is better.

We gotta be satisfied with this tour. If we were offered ODI series victory and 1-1 test series draw, we wuda taken it. However it has been a missed opportunity to gain the series victory against the under performing South Afreeekans.

I think Prior's a load of shit, he's a cocky bastard who's isn't fit to wear the 3 lions. I don't think it's any coincidence that just about every time u need Prior to stick around, he gets out sharpish. The shot he got out 2 was diabolical. Who tries to hook a ball waaaaay outside the off stump??

I reckon you're being a bit hard on Prior.

He's worked bloody hard to improve his game behind the stumps (a year or so ago he was probably the worst keeper i'd ever seen) and also you have to remember the situation that we were in at the time......Yes it was a dumb shot i agree, but there were a lot of proper, recognised batsmen who had failed (twice!!) before him with the bat, the damage was all but done by the time he got to the crease. He's aggressive with the bat, that's his game, and there was certainly no mileage in trying to "pad up" for a day and a half, the only (very slim) chance that we had when he came in was to try somehow to make S.A bat again.....

In the last 18 months or so he's become a VERY good keeper who can bat a bit, Foster's a better keeper but bloody hopeless with the bat, and the days of holding down a test team spot by purely being a good keeper have long gone.

As for being a cocky bastard, you gotta be kidding....Compared to Pietersen and Swann, Prior's a fuckin' choirboy
