The special from last week, notable for Alexander Armstrong not going "of course you're plugging a CD, so am I!" and also for her arm tattoos, prompting the wonder that any minute she would grab the microphone and announce a 2 minute challenge or something...

"Care and Protection"

The first episode of the show which sees Frost investigate a missing child case and inadvertently unearth a crime that took place thirty years earlier.Really well acted and absorbing,little wonder it became a success.

^^^The Frost books are excellent, and the telly series had some great cast members.

Cosmonauts: How Russia Won The Space Race
Quirky to see some of the really old Russian astronauts including the guy who did the 1st ever spacewalk, and sad that Yuri Gagarin died in a crash back on Earth (unlike Buzz "gimme some porridge" Aldrin).

Elizabeth I's Secret Agents - The second episode on the I Player as Robert Cecil & The Earl Of Essex as spymasters vie for the heart and mind of Elizabeth, and then the role a spymaster played in the succession of James I. Fascinating stuff.

The first episode in the new series of Peaky Blinders, a far fetched start, but then sets up things well, with a couple of dynamic scenes near the end. Beautifully shot and great music as usual.

I liked the start. still not watched a whole episode i really need to start to watch it all
did like the bit with the female union boss who was going on about equal pay. Just hope any tory bigwigs are not watching it
