It's definitely not Phil Brown. Quite apart from anything else, the person was supposed to have been seen with his mobile phone pressed to his ear and we all know Phil Brown always goes 'hands free'!

Why do you want to know anyway? Enough of this tittle tattle. There's no law against visiting a massage parlour. The only other thing I'll say is that the Phil Brown story only started because it looks like he's got a fake tan going on and people supposed that he might be visiting a massage parlour so he could get a massage and a tan together. That's all it was, but apparently the 'establishment' in question is nowhere near Hull, so Phil is in the clear, although as I said above there's no law against visiting a massage parlour anyway.
