^ Absolutely... Look at what almost always happens when a big name returns to the shows - they slot right into the staid, minimal poses, minimal movement, way of working. The vibe is essentially: 'Happy for another pay day'.

Then consider the feeling that the best hungry newcomer, such as Nicole Snow say, can bring to the shows.

If you want change on the babeshows it'll require a change in the predominant attitude. Outside of regulation relaxation, virtually the only viable way I can see that happening is via a large influx of new talent with strong enough minds to pursue their own course within the operators' strictures. Imagine if 15 or 20 started with Nicole's ethic. A commercially successful, strength in numbers, group is something the old guard haven't yet had to face or have not yet allowed. They convert any ones and twos that stick to their way double quick.

I partly agree but new girls of Nicole's quality are few and far between these days, i'd say her and Lola are the only popular new girls in recent years whether people like them or not, the old guard haven't had their places threatened as a lot of the new girls just aren't popular enough yet, plus whether people want to admit it or not the channel bosses clearly have their favourites just like we do

Ultimately a big change will only happen if the bosses are ruthless and replaced the old guard with a bunch of new girls, or when several of the old guard leave, but if that happens i think the shows will go bust

Just imagine the uproar on here if some of the big names were replaced by new girls, or a popular former babeshow girl was turned down by a channel for a new girl instead. some people would go mental and some would jump for joy.

The harsh truth is most people including me don't want to see their old faves replaced by new girls they don't like, even though all of the old guard past and present are living off their past glories

Of course. The evident limited recruitment avenues are something the old guard have been taking advantage of for a good while now.

Likewise, thanks for pointing out the inconvient fact that this existing brigade are, in part, propped up by rose tinted punters. Guys get what they deserve from the channels. Simple as that... This is also something quite a few on the forum have been pointing out for several years now.

And the reason why statements of the sort your complaining about get repeated on here is because over time the status quo attitude hardens and becomes more and more unmistakable. Believe me, I've made the excuses that you are making now in the past, but, objectively, less and less babes are able to claim that they are exceptions from the norm these days. It becomes impossible to ignore, as it surely doesn't have to be that way.

We have been through the bosses' favouritism thing on here before too and suffice it to say that, I agree, it's a factor. Not least in what must be the bosses playing along with the old guard's pushing of their 'tone' on newcomers. (IMO, it wouldn't be so pervasive without at least tacit acceptance from above.)

There is just such a stiffling comfort exhibited in the shows from established personnel these days. It is quite plain to see sometimes... But still you get guys coming on here to complain about the shows when some of them must be supporting 'their' babe(s) - unfortunately, as you imply, this makes them part of the problem.

Sometimes it just seems worth spelling out that, casual or fan alike, if they think that the shows are poor they should require more for their money, and not be such apologists - even for their favourite babes. And that, by and large, they shouldn't be asking for returnees. If the babe is recent enough to be viable they are going to be far too tainted by poor habits. As a punter, you can't have it both ways...

Because most of all, I think it's worth remembering that, with collective thinking, change is in the punters' hands and always will be.

to me 66 feels like a channel on the up at the moment, and thats so good to say after a few poor years,
i like the new sets they look like money has been spent on them and it shows,
the camerawork and lighting are good every night, the hole thing just feels and looks professional,
add to this a roster thats really on form,
its been a joy to see Jenn get her mojo back, Lucy getting back to her rlc best with lots of nakedness, Caty back to her cheeky best no girls better at playing the naughty school girl atm, Lola becoming the shining star on the shows at the moment,
add the girls they have signed this year all of who have got very good, and have really benefited of the work ethic thats at 66 so all try to put on good shows not just expecting people to call unlike else where,
i think its telling that there are no needs for gimmicks to get calls as people will always call girls with good attitude who are working hard to do good shows,
well done 66 you have come a long way since the can it get any worse thread

i would say they are only on the up thanks to 2 or 3 people at the moment. they are a bit like spurs they lose Lola (Kane) Sophia Lares (Ali) and Fernanda (Erickson) then they will end up turning up to BS (Arsenal )
