actually ian that is a stunning idea. get the bbfc and ofcom to slug it out. if a channel gets held up for adjudication then they should submit the evidence to the bbfc to be rated and then ofcom cant say shit especially if it doesn't come back as r18

Any Babe pics posted are my Take on existing photographs. credits for the original images stays with the copyright holder if any rights apply.

Today im wearing a gray hat. tomorrow it might be white or black, it depends on my mood

So they are now guilty. Wonder what the sentence will be?

The info I have coloured in red is not true. Amanda and Jemma still continued to appear regularly on the show after the incident.

Since no further harm can now be done, perhaps the lollypop vid should now be reposted on the forum for the benefit of those that missed it.
I have seen it already.

Well since I was the original up-loader of this video, what assurances do I get if I re-up the offending scene, that Bang Babes when they request it's removal again (as they will) are told NO.

I think from now on pussy slip vids should not be automatically uploaded by posters, as this looks like this is where Ofcom are getting their info on the channels.
If posters notify the forum of pussy slip vids, in a particular thread, members should contact them directly, via, private messages, and have the link posted in there. Thus hopefully keeping these fucking clowns Ofcom, out of the game.

I don't see Ofcom being cut, they're jobs for the boys, you can basically guarantee these arseholes went to the same private schools with the rest of the political wankers in charge, how else would some unqualified dick-head earn over £ 100,000.00 per year.

Sorry, but I can't agree with that one.

1. Ofcom don't need to see a video or cap to request a compliance tape, just the mention of it in a post would be enough.

2. I don't think you, I or anyone else would appreciate having to deal with several hundred PM's every time you logged on requesting video links.

^^^^ Exactly. If you're going to remove the vids/caps from here, then you also need to remove all the posts where people talk about these things happening.

RE: Serious Ofcom warning for Bang Media
It's a no-win situation and I really can see both sides of the argument. I used to think the theory that Ofcum were using the forum was bordering on paranoia, but I'm more convinced than ever now that they are. So what's the answer? Like I said, it's a no-win situation. As Stoly so rightly says, Ofcom don't need the clips, just the mention - with that they have the day that 'an incident' worth mentioning on here took place and that's all they'd need to submit their own complaint and on the back of that request the recording.

The only area I wonder about is the way in which Ofcom request recordings. Do they have to provide the channel's producers with details of the alledged offence when requesting a recording? If they do, then the PM system would work, as a post which says "Great moment on Elite last night - PM me for the clip" would not give Ofcom the information they require.

But again, as Stoly says, the uploaders would be flooded with PMs, so that's a no-go again. I really don't see a soloution other than to carry on as normal and just hope time and our campaigns will have an effect.

I would just like to add at this moment how suspicious it seems that Bang Media are being targeted and seemingly singled out on so many occasions.

Don't think they have to mention a certain 'incident', Stan, as I'm fairly sure that Ofcom just request the channel to provide the recording for that day.
