arrgh - I've only just got in from work, and it sounds like I've missed some awesomeness from Miss Random Laura Jones - any pics of the gym ball and those tight white shorts for us lack-wits who didn't possess the foresight to set their recorders this morning

Thanks for the feedback.

Laura would love to be able to wrap the show up properly, and often does try to, but her phone does get very busy just before 11pm and so it isn't always possible. Unfortunately Topshelf TV does currently have to start at exactly 11pm which means the show does just get cut off but we will hopefully be trialling out extending the show to midnight in the near future.

how about extending the show past 11pm but encrypting, so laura can get XXXtra naughty ;-)
