Had an idea about that stilettos. My missus used tons of vitamin e oil whilst pregnant so as not to get stretch marks and it worked wonders. I know not all women get them but her sister did so you'd think she probably would've. Perhaps it works for surgery scars too

The surgeon helps too. The more you pay the better the surgery and the less scars you'll get (my g/f had one too).
