Um weird... nothing wrong at our end. We will look into it.

I did watch the stream a couple of days ago when the stream was approximately 15 mins behind what was being shown on tv.

Yep, I had the same problem. It's every time the stream freezes up slightly, and then continues. Over the course of the night, all the freezes add up, so you can be anything up to 20 mins behind by the end of the night.

I told Kissit, about it last night. And he said he would get in touch with their stream supplier. Plus he said he would ask the tech crew to re-set the stream once every hour, until it's sorted. As a short term fix.

Well, I don't know if kissit actually did what he said he was going to do. But the stream is still freezing up badly, and it's already got a 12 minute delay, behind the live broadcast.

So either he doesn't actually work for Club Paradiso, as he claimed. Or his message is being ignored by the tech crew.

The webstream is freezing continuously today. This one was never reliable. They must change it.

We're working on it and are trying to restore the stream at the moment, however, it looks like it's a problem at the server end which is outside of our control.

It should be streaming now but I can't do anything about the freezes, sorry!

No offence kissit,
but your cameraman's response to our complaints says it all.

The stream last night, at least from 02:00am, was great. Clear picture, very little delay, and no freezing or locking up.

I take it your stream provider, finally pulled his finger out.

Oh, and I hope you take the above post, as a humorous piss take. Which is what it is intended to be.

Sorry to say, I guess last nights trouble free stream, must have been a one off.

Because tonight, it's about as bad as I've ever seen it. The freezing is so bad, that your webstream is already 30 minutes behind your live broadcast, and your only 3 hours into the show.

At this rate, by the time we hit 05:30am the delay is going to be over an hour.

If I were paying a provider to supply me with a service, and they gave me that. I'd refuse to pay them.
