images should be different. However that was probably done in an era when alcohol was only sold in off licences? You said 'hardcore mags' could be sold but the 'same stuff' not on television. They are different and not the same.

If it was the 'same stuff' the DVD included would be hardcore wouldn't it? Smile It just gets me that 'local shops' can sell all sorts of dangerous things but not a small disc featuring moving images... because a few people might be offended by some moving images they haven't seen.

There certainly are a small number of countries that don't allow newsagents to sell porn magazines! They are only sold in sex shops. Is that more logical?
if you read what i said in the first place i never mention dvd,s,that is what you said not me.
no you are correct, still and moving are different, but quoting a philosopher from 30 years ago even he may of changed is mind by now.

and with regards selling fireworks and so on i actually agree on that, but if you had put this in the correct thread rather than pm me, you would know that by now.
and now back to the dvd,s in local shops even i think that would be the wrong place for such material, but some are stocked behind the magazine cover to my knowledge,so are you going arrange that problem, was you drinking at the time you did the pm to me?
and you are pro-ofcom that is your choice, mine is against also my choice, the main thing you have to remember is this is a forum for adults were 99% of people are interested in adult entertainment.
so you will get a negative response when you do daft things like pm people.
basically do it the correct way and you may get a response.
and there maybe things i have just written that you don,t like, but the feeling is mutual.
just talk sense and some people may listen to your side.
me included.

ps.arron88 i am starting to think you are just a wind up merchant, but like i say alternative views are welcome no matter how stupid they are.plus i am not sure if you are for porn or against porn, because you say you want dvd,s sold in local shops and then say ofcom is a good thing make up your mind, its either one or the other.

I doubt an Ofcom mole would have been sending PM's over the last year to forum members stating that nudity and hardcore should not be allowed on TV.

laugh I got a PM to I just gave them a piece of my mind and blocked them. Ive got better things to do than pm about ofcom. I give my opinion on the forum in the open. Well maybe he's just a nut job that is on the babechannels forum but doesnt want to see freedom of expression and harder content on TV Surprised. Although they may still be a mole who is trying to convert the masses with PM's laugh. Never going to work with me I'm unbrainwashable.

Why do you think most of the Babe Channels are registered in the UK then?

The other reason why I believe that it's all bullshit with Ofcom, is Serena can lie there for god knows how long showing her bush and yet gets away with it all the time. So why not on Bangbabes or any of the others.

I think that the "philosopher" was right, though. Moving images are different. In the porn world that equates to eroticism and the moving image is far more erotic than the still image. Hence the UK government's need to ban nudity, sex, R18 etc from our tv screens and they use Ofcon to implement their policy.
They are frightened of the eroticism and the effect that has on the average UK male.
I'm getting more and more convinced that there was huge pressure put on Ofcon by the feminazis in the Labour party over this issue.

What I want to know is who are the 6 numpties who voted for no, is it not evidently clear to all on this forum that bangbabes media are 100% without a doubt being victimised.

Well said scottish bloke and id also like to ask who the two numpties were who voted as not sure cant quite figure that one out sitting on the fence in a poll such as this id be voting a massive yes every time and without hesitation as bangbabes are taking a hammering from ofcon without doing anything which is worse than other channels.annoyedannoyedannoyed

I put the option of "Not sure" just as an extra option coz we all know there is always a grey area.
