Help! New sport Credit card billing

Hi. Can anyone help me?

I noticed the other evening that sportxxx now offer a credit card prepay service so i signed up straight away. However having set up the account I can not connect to talk to any of the girls.

I enter my membership number and then press to connect, then get a message saying connecting you now. There is then 2 rings and then I get cut off. This happens on all sportxxx numbers.

I don't even know who to contact about this as I can't find any help numbers etc.
