i agree with you i am also a long term tvx subscriber and have been dismayed with the recent level of censorship on a pay to view adult network even the live show on ch 905 no longer features 2 girl action of any sort.i pay £16 pounds a month for the premium package and most of the content is soft core red hot should rename itself luke warm in my view

im always open to positive change

I initially only had the Tvx basic package but upgraded only to see the live show which to be honest is a croc of shit most nights. No dildo action, camera work looks like its being held by a drunk and I'd also love to see a live 2 girl sex show. The Red Hot show is only marginally better than the free to air shows but not by much and certainly Isn't worth the money their charging for it.

RE: Freedom - Allow R18 on TV
I personally would like to see more HC action on the encrypted shows, but once before they did do this with Antonia and TVX got fined for it, it is a shame but this is how it will be until the law is changed, and to limit HC shows from just being sold in sex shops to being able to be viewed on sebcription channels, like TVX and Adult channel.

The only good thing about the TVX sub is that you can view the HC shows on the internet from their website, Adult channel doesnt do this on their site, so for value with the website stuff, TVX is still the best option, not only do you get the nude chat shows on the red hot channels but the HC shows on their website, and it is cheaper than getting a sub to some websites.

I have been a long time sub to TVX, and yes the action can be better but the law stops it being shown, even if they just got pink spread action or masturbation scenes on the late night show it would make it better, this you can see in most top shelf magazines nowadays. I'm not sure how babestation can do their extreme channel even though it is softcore in a lot of sense, the girl/girl action from the pics that have been shown on this forum show more than TVX are showing on thier late night show, which if that is how much you can get away with, i'm not sure why TVX arent showing this lvl of a show, might be just they want to play safe so stop being fined.

I personally think if their lawyers took the laws apart they would make a better show without crossing the line and getting fined, lets hope someone from TVX reads this and sometime in the future we will see an improved show.

Also it's simply not good for business and if Tvx did put in some sort of legal challenge I honestly think they would get a lot more subscribers. Ofcom have no right whatsoever to interfere when it comes to the encrypted channels. I don't see Sky Movies landing in trouble with some of their output and just for the record they also show films of an adult nature during the day which is pin protected. One rule for one channel but when it comes to porn channels ofcom are all too keen to hand out the fines. Where's the justice in all of this?

Personally, I don't see any deregulation being made to Ofcom by this present shower of shit in office.
So far everthing they campaigned on to get into office has back tracked on, and I expect to see more regulations, not less, being imposed in the near future.

I used to subscribe to TVX about two years ago and it was OK. it looks like Ofcom on their case as well.I thought they were ok back then they showed everything except insertion of dicks and dildo's so it certainly did the job at the time. You used to even get cum shots carefully edited.

I think that you are confusing justice and law as the same thing!!!

The laws of this country stopped being just a long time ago, and it is only the few like you and me that say anything about it. Most of the populace are content to be sheep.

Even the web site where you could do online petitions has been 'archived' by the new government and I don't think they are in any hurry to put anything back in its place. So much for putting the power back to the people.

Im not defending them, Im reserving judgement. Both the Freedom and Savings ideas sites were incredibly badly designed, with people thinking they had rated an idea when they had just added a comment, and they banned log-ins on the Savings site because of tag misuse, so 90% of the ideas are from Anonymous, but the idea seemed to be to invite ideas from anyone for a couple of months, then collect up all the ideas, group them together and spend months turning them into legislation - you jst cany do that with a moving target getting hundreds of hits a day where popularity rating can change overnight.

They were particularly bad at making it clear just how long the site would remain open - Im saying this as someone with a stack of ideas I didnt get to post. And the archiving has been abysmal, stuck on 24 August with links that dont work, but there is a 21Mb downloadable spreadsheet with every single idea (first one in each thread), rating and number of comments ("Data release on data.gov.uk").

Id put it down as a not very good first attempt by a bunch of well meaning amateurs who clearly arent familar with forums, or even clear website design, rather than anything more cynical.

BTW read somewhere that the main result, a big Freedom Bill covering much of the content, is due to be published in February. Sure juicy bits will be slipped out sepatately before that, and some stuff will be too complex to have been drafted even by then.

Will broadcasting be relaxed? Im not sure, but for me there is a strong financial argument against spending millions on morality police and a freedom argument against banning stuff available elsewhere. No Conservative MP is going to stand up and say he is a wanker, but plenty will stand up and call for lower taxes and less stupidity.

IMO we need to form a focus group.
'We All Now Campaign for Explicit R18 Shows'
(W.A.N.C.E.R.S.)
Maybe even get a spokesman on newsnight.

It would be good, but I don't think it will happen, especially with what's happened with bang babes. I honestly think it will go back the other way, and just remember guys that actually the channels have got 'worse' with what they show as the outfits have got skimpier and skimpier and think ofcom will make them go back to how they used to be, which was with more clothes on but still sexy.
