NFL 2010/2011.....It's back!!!
Yup,it's that time of year when football fans dream of their team being in Dallas for Superbowl XLV on the 6th of February, will you make it? who knows.
This year will be awesome for the armchair fan with live coverage on Sky,Channel 4 and ESPN.So hopefully your team will be shown live at some point.

Week 1 Schedule,

THU, SEP 9

Minnesota at New Orleans (Live on Sky Sports 1)

SUN, SEP 12

Miami at Buffalo
Detroit at Chicago
Oakland at Tennessee
Cincinnati at New England
Carolina at NY Giants (Live on Sky Sports 4)
Atlanta at Pittsburgh
Cleveland at Tampa Bay
Denver at Jacksonville
Indianapolis at Houston
San Francisco at Seattle (Live on Sky Sports 4)
Green Bay at Philadelphia
Arizona at St. Louis
Dallas at Washington ( Live on Channel 4)

MON, SEP 13

Baltimore at NY Jets (Live on ESPN)
San Diego at Kansas City (Live on ESPN)

On a personal level every year i predict my team,The Oakland Raiders will improve on the previous year, only for us to implode somewhere down the line....SO NO PREDICTIONS THIS YEAR!,in a lame attempt to appease the Football Gods Rolleyes and influence a mythical winning season,i've adopted the all-time greatest sports cliché of taking one week at a time.
All i will say is i'm delighted at the off-season moves made by the front office. The appointment of Hue Jackson as Offensive Coordinator, who's been given total control of the offense.Trades for Jason Campbell and Kamerion Wimbley, the free agent pick-up of John Henderson to beef up the D-Line and a solid draft mean that........oops,almost made a prediction then laugh

Also is anyone else doing the NFLUK/Sky Sports fantasy football? The new season is now open to submit your teams. This year for the first time they've set up private leagues, does anyone want to start one?

Welcome El Zorro (cool name by the way),it's good to see a fellow AFC West fan here,i won't hold it against you for being a Broncos fan, unless you beat us of course Big Grin
How do you see The Broncos doing this year? As a Raider fan i'm glad to see the back of Brandon Marshall,on his day the guy's unplayable. Will it be a rebuilding year for you? Or do you think you can challenge The Chargers for the division?

Yeah man, I think we are gonna really miss "the beast" Marshall.
I guess is gonna be another transition year bro. Im not so sure what to make out of McDaniels. 3 Years ago we were all excited with Cuttler and Marshall now non of them are with us anymore.

I wouldnt be surpirse if our teams finish 8-8 this season...

Well for us Redskins fans its a question of new season, new coach, new quarterback, new defence coordinator - but will it be same old story?

McNabb should improve things on offence, but that won't be difficult after an abysmal showing last year.
Defence actually wasn't bad last year but got no help from the offence and carried the team for most of the season. So will a new coach and new system be an improvement or a disappointment?

A lot of new elements to gel but I expect to see some progress on last year, though playoffs is a distant dream, possibly an 8-8 season at best.

I wish I had your coach mate!

I took 3 seasons to Shannahan to win a SB. So be pacient. If McNabb has anything left, Mike will make the best of him!!!
