Hey Guys
So had a manic weekend!! Been smashing spin again which feels great! And has defo made me realise I probably drank way too much over bank holiday haha!!

Also been catching up with friends and chilling with them. Went for dinner today with Robin, Tracy and Shane which was Yummy... Pretty Impressed with the Harvester too as they list the calories yey as I am back on my diet. Oh and also realised sex burns alot of calories!!!
