Alex, as its your name being used to promote this scam, perhaps you'd like to report the site and Cellcast to Trading Standards and perhaps get the ASA involved too?

oh I've already been on the phone to some one at cellcast!! At the very least it false advertising!! if i ever do a lesbian video with any one it will be on my site alex-adams.com!! I just wouldn't want any of you to get scammed its bang out of order! xx

Sadly I think they can get away with it legally by using the term 'you will be able to see all the content we have'. If they have none then that is exactly what you will see.
Not sure about the pictures they took of you when you worked for them Alex. If they hold the rights to these then they can re-hash them but all in all it is still duping fans by making them think they are buying something they are not. Something this mob specialises in. You could always seek legal advice regarding them using your name though if they do not remove this.
What it does show is that cellcast (if it is them behind this), will stoop as low as possible to make a quick buck. It should also serve as a warning to all the other girls-all cellcast are interested in is money and they will use you as much as they use us to get more of it.
