Well I'm glad you mentioned this, because I noticed it as well, and I thought to myself, hang on, surely this is not allowed, and yet you can clearly see the babe on the storm channel covering herself using her hand, exactly the same way Lucy summers used to do??
However according to Lucy, ofcom have said that you can't cover yourself using your hands? The thing i can't work out is how it's ok for one channel to do this and the others cannot?? What are the rules for? It appears some channels don't care, where others take a more cautious view? I just don't no? Maybe someone can shed some light on this matter??

I would just like to thankyou so much for these Great CAPS of my favourite babe, it was only a year ago when we could enjoy the way Lucy used to be, before Ofcom came and wrecked it all.
However its great to see her in those sexy tiny outfits she used to wear, lets hope we'll be able to enjoy Lucy in her sexy outfits once again in the near futureSmile
