Pictures suddenly not viewable

For some reason, suddenly picture/caps on threads are not being displayed. Instead, where the pictures should be there are just blank boxes with little red crosses in the right hand corner.

I haven't changed any settings or anything so see no logical reason why this would happen. I have also gone through the microsoft troubleshooting page on the issue and none of the solutions work.

Has anyone got any idea how I can resolve the problem?

Its the same for everyone.
The Imagechunk site which hosts most of the pics has not been working since yesterday afternoon.

Does that mean all those lovely Pictures are gone??
