From what I've seen tonight, yes, unfortunately. Lucy has not gone nude, which could be for other reasons, but it seems the channel is no different than 902. I hope we get the less tame channel back, be it on 912 or 915.

Totally.
This was never about night shows - Ofcom played a blinder by watching their foe's behavioural patterns, identifying the points where they regularly broke the rules (early morning dayshows being the worst seemingly) and then attacking in strength. Bang never stood a chance on that basis (mainly, as has been pointed out by many, due to managerial incompetence and lack of response), but equally, ofcom would have found it difficult to ban on the strength of the night shows, which were good, but not R18 strength at any stage.
Sucks about ChatGirl... I liked Lauren Daly too. Very nice on nights as well - not now though

Ofcom probably felt that going after the day shows was a safe bet, difficult to gain support for daytime "adult" content. Just because they didnt go after the night shows doesnt mean they didnt think they could have, and they say there was a suspected R18 incident on 19 Nov.
