Furthermore, Ofcom have cottoned on to the fact that they continued broadcasting the feeds for 959 and 912, even though they'd been taken off the EPG and instructed to cease broadcasting immediately.

Bang also published on the web instructions for how to access these channels. Apparently, continuing to broadcast is a criminal offence, as stated in the report.

The thing that annoys me is that we don't need pussy slips every five minutes for the shows to be good. As much as I've loved seeing the likes of Amanda, Jemma Jey etc. pushing the envelope on Bang Babes over the past year or so, it's not necessary. Night shows can be hot as hell without all that and clearly there are ways to be damn fucking hot without invoking this kind of reaction from Ofcom. I'd rather have Bang Babes with no pussy flashes than no Bang Babes at all.

Bangs arrogance in all this is astounding.Right up untill yesterday they were telling us,through various girls,that they would be back today! From reading the ofcon document,that was HIGHLY unlikely.In my experiences in life,you treat your customers with respect.Whilst I accept that Bang were reluctant to give exact details of why everything went tits up last week,the way they have lied to us,is wrong.They have,in my opinion,treated us all as mugs.

Those two channels now have the "Back in a few minutes" banner displaying. The last time I saw something like that was on Chatback tv..

As for the technical fault eh Bang! I feel sorry for the girls as it seems Bang have not been honest with them either, wonder which channels they move to next. It's a shame because I thought we were back to the nineties when the ITC allowed us to be adults instead of the shower of shit that govern Ofcom. It was good while it lasted. It gives a stern warning to the other channels but unless one of them has the balls/money to legally challenge Ofcom they will carry on in the same vain as Mary Whitehouse.

Couldn't Bang collapse and come back as a different company, putting different people 'in charge'?

Saying that, they still have at least one channel and the best babes on TV.

At the very least, one of the channels should "air lift" Dannii Harwood outta there...
