dont know, far as i know bang are not licenceholders playboy are. so as long as playboy dont lose their licence, the pad and bang can still be shown

No I don't think so. Rammyrascal has a very good point, those are different Channels with difference licencees. So actually Bang Babes may have been saved by that fact!

If channel 4 made a programme that was shown on cable and Ofcom complained about it when it was shown on cable, it would be the cable channel that would be held responsible, as they hold the license to broadcast, not the company who produced the content.
