Gemma Hiles would certainly be Jamie's first decent signing for a very long time. Plus, he'll probably give her an extra couple of quid to do a three hour night shift like Alice and Danica does.

I have waited patiently for Gemma to do a night show. I haven't complained or even uttered a word about it. I have been a model of restraint preferring to arrange Tulips, Freesias and Roses, attend tea and coffee mornings, even the occasional brisk hike in the fresh air..........but please, please get Gemma on nights and free that gorgeous fucking rack!!
