My channel's free-to-view schedule would be like this. It would still have topless shows from 22:00 to 05:00, and include interactive cams, calling and texting. I'd just look to have higher levels of Baywatch and Carry On types of sex appeal and innuendo during the non-topless hours.

06:00 - 09:00 - fitness shows, with presenters in hot pants and sports bras
09:00 - 12:00 - news shows, with presenters in office wear
12:00 - 15:00 - gossip shows, with presenters in t-shirts and leggings
15:00 - 18:00 - quiz shows, with presenters in vests and denim shorts
18:00 - 21:00 - reality shows, with presenters in swimwear
21:00 - 00:00 - fashion shows, with presenters in lingerie
00:00 - 03:00 - XXX shows, with nude presenters
03:00 - 06:00 - tease shows, with presenters in latex

I do think that list is too formalised though. Babeshows have to be as many things to as many men as possible at all times. You'd have to mix that schedule up across several channels to offer the required broad appeal and even then not all girls are going to suit/like all the themes.

The shows are beholden to the babes' tastes and standards in how they are prepared to be presented in many ways. Any strict formulas of presentation are not going to be overly popular with your staff.

(Sorry if posters feel this thread shouldn't be based in reality! Fantasy line-ups have their place of course. )

I just wanted to shake up the slightly boring at times "girl lying motionless on a bed for 8 hours" formula that's all, so I tried to be as forward thinking as possible, and base my channel on a pre-existing "normal" TV schedule.

I'd really love it if my channel was as popular with women viewers as the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show too. Ideally this would be my "BBC1" and I'd then create some niche channels for other demographics. To be honest I'll watch pretty much anything that has scantily clad women in it.

It'd be nice to create a fun channel where you could visibly see that the hosts were enjoying themselves. I think a lot of the past and present hosts have experience in singing, dancing, acting, TV presenting, G/G porn and glamour modelling, so I'd try to create shows that utilized those talents, whilst still maintaining high levels of sex appeal and viewer/caller interaction.

I would start Dommestation and try and get two babes in just doing two nights each a week and have all kinks and fetishes covered, including Mistress/Slave 2-4-1's, which is something i don't think we've seen since the Zarwood days on RLC,

Not sure who I'd hire, but I guess I'd be biased towards my favourites. However, there are some babes who I deem lazy and rest on their laurels, they've got no chance, I want hard working, proactive babes. Also, the pricing needs reducing £2 plus a connection charge is steep.

Some new talent, very few new girls coming through these days imho.

There are other girls who i don't find attractive but they put a shift in, so i probably wouldn't fire them especially if their call stats are very good
