On Boxing Day morning I went on the Firestorm chatroom and wrote:

'Hi GalleryS66, Fernanda is due to finish at 8am and no doubt will want to speak to us. Would you please remember to switch back to front view and turn off your music. Last week she spoke for 6-7 minutes and we heard nothing.,

The reply was instant:

'S66 Gallery: Sure Chrisst no problem will do.'

At 8.00 he obliged although it was a little untidy, (skeleton staff) Still at least our displeasure was noted and I'm guessing that this was Jamie.
It seems to be run on a shoestring there but I'd rather have it any day over the machine that is BS
