Are you referring that other models would perform better knowing they had a 8 week posting rule. Twitter etc is flooded with instant videos and caps when fern is on. In 2018 that rule is pointless and needs to be adjusted.

Other babes taking up the rule... Yes, but only those that might have the instinct to, might think it would benefit them and might as yet be unaware of the 8 week thing. Yet again we also have to ask why only Fern? Would 66 even deem it a possibility for anyone but her?

It's a strange rule really in that no one has said why it's 8 weeks particulary. AFAIK Ofcom can go back as far as they wish to pursue a breach. Perhaps it's some sort of informal understanding.
