She confirmed for Saturday but said that subsequently she'd have a few days off.

I would estimate that Fernanda has already made as many appearances this year as she did in the whole of last, in fact possibly since before she commenced her degree seven years ago. (She got a First).
If memory serves Brazil in the spring was just a fortnight and on Wednesday night she suggested 'a few days' whereas last year British Airways gave her her own jet.
Then there's the quality of her work.
Don't think she sits around too much the rest of the week either: doesn't seem her ethic.

I would expect she would be looking forward to a few days 'back home' at some point. We should cherish these appearances as you never know when she will be on screen for the very last time.

I know what you're saying of course but a few months ago when signing off Fernanda remarked, almost in resignation ''....I'll always be back''.
I'm not sure quite how strong her resolve really is, for one thing there's a sincerity there when she thanks her callers and of course this pays more than 'a proper job'.

That sincerity will always be there with Fern

Wouldn't believe the sincerity thing........... It's all about the money....... always.

Fernanda simply the best. Have to agree, Woody Allen has a throwaway line in a film (think it was ‘Play it again Sam’ where he says ‘when you can fake sincerity you’ve got it made’ never a truer word said.(especially in in the ‘selling lndustry’ which is what this is.Fernanda just happens to be one of the better practitioners of this.
