video bam Issues

It's an iP issue, vids won't play on my PC using Google Chrome with a British iP address. The same vids play fine on my phones Chrome app with a central European iP address. This isn't a new issue with video bam, it'll be back to normal soon.

I've been able to download video bam videos fine, (my IP is from a UK range) it's seemingly just iluvcathy's videos I've had a problem viewing today, ones I downloaded earlier this morning and just in the past hour, all from the same IP are fine....

Odd.

Looking at the latest page of Mica Martinez videos, all the imagebam ones are showing a spinning circle today, and can't be viewed on the page. Let's hope it resolves itself soon.

Just had an e-mail from video bam, and they say that there is an issue with some of their servers. They are trying to fix it!

It's still fucked on my PC, I've a west of Scotland iP and I'm only seeing a black screen with a spinning circle.



My phone now has a London iP and vids are playing ok.

Well I'm happy to hear that this is a server issue as earlier on today I spent 6 hours getting my laptop back the way I wanted as I had to do a full factory restore which meant I had to download all the programmes I had previously.

My laptop was that fucked that I wasn't even able to upload a zip file last night so instead I had to download each and every batch file individually as it was the only way I could save them, it took me a very long time restoring them all.

Everything is back to the way I wanted it, however when I seen this on video bam aswell as my inability to either select the frame size or even log out of the site I thought my laptop still had issues.

^ Yes I think there is still a problem their end, the site doesn't seem to load at all at the moment.

I can access the site today, but it is still not working properly



As you can see from this picture the screen is funny, so you cannot upload anything as there's no upload button.



But as you can see from my videos page, the videos are getting loads of hits still. Lucy & Dannii over 1000 in 24 hours



But if I open a video itself all I get is the annoying black box with a white circle. But I am also getting a bar drop down at the top of the screen, which says that an additional plugin is required. If I click on install plugin it goes to the following website.

I have googled this and found out that it is a malware problem. But I have run both Malware & virus scans and found nothing. Am not sure if someone hasn't hacked into their website, my IP is west midlands.

Does anyone know of another video hosting site I can use?

The figure that video bam give isn't actually an accurate one mate, you don't even need to view the video in order for it to count as a hit. It's actually based on the number of views per page that your video was posted on. I used to think the same thing until I found out otherwise.

Yes googledrive, it's free to sign up to, you only get so much upload storage and then it tries to charge you once you have exceeded it.

What I do is once I've maxed it out is I create another hotmail account which I'll never use and then create a new googledrive account again which means I'll never have to pay a penny
