Would this be our best medal haul if we can keep it going?

65 medals in London 2012. Including 29 golds. So to beat the total we'd need another 12 medals. Which may happen.
But we'd need another 12 golds to beat the gold total, which isn't going to happen.

Team GB won 67 medals in Rio.
27 golds, 23 silvers and 17 bronze.

think we have done well considering the pandemic has hampered training esp in the team events like rowing which were disappointing

A brilliant, brilliant Silver for Laura Muir in the 1500m.

So pleased for her.

There's a lot more Russians at this games than at Rio.

Bronze for Team GB in the Womens 4x100m relay provisionally but there may be a review of the first baton change......

Jamaican change over was pretty dodgy as well, maybe a team GB upgrade to silver ?
