its not party girls on 24 hours as such, its party people until 9pm then its PG, then back to party people when done. But sometimes there's the random video loops, dunno why, maybe technical problems?

To answer your question Yes party girls 24hour on the net is working fine.. it has approx 5-10 seconds delay to freeview, just checked both now.
