Based on previous track records, apart from Buffy, i can't name another tv show that has had a successful run after being created around a film.

As for Source Code,it's a weird mix of Quantum Leap and Groundhog Day....Watch out for that first leap, it's a doozy

Hell On Wheels - starts 6th Oct. Its an AMC (Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Waking Dead) production, so could be good.

There was also another similar show to the Source Code and Quantum Leap theme and that was out about 4 years ago it was called Journeyman starring Kevin McKidd but it only lasted one season.

I like the idea of Surrogates being turned into a tv show, it would be a cop show with a twist.

when they finally do jeepers creepers 3, victor silva the writter and director it will become a tv series.

after the success of the friday 13th films they did tv series with the name but no links to the film. if a film becomes a tv series it needs to have links to the film(s).

mr and mrs smith had a pilot made but abc did not comission a series. a mr and mrs smith tv series would be good.

Final Destination as a series on a cable network would be hilarious
