Elite TV @ Home

Bear in mind that even the 'established' Glamour webcam companies haven't been arsed to set things up properly, and that includes the ones that have been doing nothing else except webcams since 2008.

If I had to guess, I'd say Elite were having a genuine 'feeler' excercise with the @home thing, not having a laugh.
But they may have since taken on board the enormity of commiting to making it work, especially when they are mainly focussed on fighting BS for Tellywanking supremacy.

I thought Sophia and Lori's shows were quite good, but it's unfortunate that the other babes didn't do it.

i think its about time elite either start the @home shows again or at least let us know whether or not they are going to continue or whether the idea is being scrapped

Yeah this now looks unprofessional, as if they just aren't paying attention to their own business. I can imagine someone at the top may have other things to think about, but surely some producer can get their finger out and start planning a few camshows????

And while we are at it. The camshow stream on the website really shows up the bleeding obvious. That it doesnt matter where the 'studio' is to put a 'web only' stream on the website.

Do some 2-4-1s (or a Caty unleashed special, hmmm) in the studio for 30 minutes, and put it out on the website only please. No need to advertise it on the tv channel stream (against ofcom rules), the forum and website subscribers will quickly learn about it and be drawn to it like flies on shite. Callers will flow, you know it makes sense.

In a standard night it would be easy to find enough babes to cover a 2-4-1 for a 30 minute slot. Perhaps make it a regular thing at midnight or something. Give it two weeks before assessing it or axing it.

i dont really want the girls to go full on with legs spread i just want to see some shows like we used to get with charlie in her schoolgirl outfit sitting on the desk with no knickers on and the phone balancing in front and you know that sooner or later its going to fall or the 2 for 1 with caty and charlie come on elite its about time you let the members know whats going on.thers also the fact that probably qiute a few people signed up to the site just on the promise of the web only shows and if something doesnt happen soon i think a lot of them will be cancelling

I have had a word with Jamie about this. And he has assured me that this concept has not been scrapped.

It has been put on hold until the early next year, as they are currently using stream four for normal transmission of the shows from the studio. A fifth stream is scheduled to be added early next year, and will enable them to start this service back up again.

As for doing certain shows from the studio like 2-4-1's as a web only show. Again it is something they are considering, but has to wait until the installation of the fifth encoder.

I hope that explains the current situation with regards to this service.

Yep, I was thinking something like that myself. I just hope their 100MB pipe can handle all this extra bandwidth they intend to be using. Otherwise I think we will be back to seeing the reappearence of the circle of death. And freeze frame annimation.

I think doing content at the studio for the stream is a brilliant idea! I just hope the quality is as good as they can get it, and that the other women partake.
