The picture quality is disgraceful what is wrong with it, things like big graphics don't usually worry me as its the talk that counts but that channel just turns me off visually.

yeah thats all true I agree but at 26p a min, if any of the girls were helpful it would be AMAZING, ive called sitara/lucy b on days there and she was no help at all but i might have got a bad day so im still curious
