Sky Sports News have been with Blackburn today and Jim White interviewed Steve Kean around about 12:30. Kean was putting over the fact that Samba has been ill and that he is staying at Rovers for the rest of the season. Apparently there is money there for Kean and at the minute he has fingers in a few pies when it comes to incomings.

I wouldn't mind if Blackburn did sell Samba but only in the summer when there would be time to bring in a proper replacement. Thankfully, Dann will be back playing again soon and the same with Givet so that'll help us in the survival stakes as the season goes on.

The Junior Hoilett situation is an interesting one with his contract running out at the end of the season and when you type his name into google, there are searches of his name and Liverpool, Aresnal and Newcastle, NO BLACKBURN He is a real talent and hopefully we can keep hold of him for the long term.

It's being reported in the papers that want away Samba has been told that he will be staying at Blackburn until the summer.

Also it's reported that both AC Milan and Real Madrid are sniffing after a cut price Suarez.

Manchester United are reported to be in talks to sign Crystal Palace defender Nathaniel Clyne for £3m.
