Actually Rammy, I got that information from Clare herself. After looking at the schedule, I mentioned it to her and she said that she wasn't totally sure what time she's finishing on Wednesday. Notice her tweet this evening just says she's on "from 6pm" without mentioning a finish time. Let's hope she does do the extra hour
