Do Women Work The Camera Or Behind The Scenes etc?

Ok just me being curious, but do women work behind the scenes at the babe channels? working camera, doing the girls make up or any job really. Or is it just a total boys club on these channels?

I've heard they do have women working the camera but not sure because when ever I have seen the camera guy hand the phone to the babe or a photo shoot it is always a guy. I don't mean like models etc, I just mean regular normal women who have some or any kind of involvement in the channels

Seems odd that they would only employ men to work the camera as that is a tad sexist. I have seen many nuts/zoo videos and photo shoot vids and a lot of the time it is women aswell as men taking the pics

So was just curious about the babe channels. Thanks

Ok but I mean like just normal women. Women that aren't glamour models or pornstars etc. Because everyone always assumes it's a bloke working the camera, surely their must be women out there that work on these channels and do camerawork, photoshoots etc for the babes.

Like Rammy says RLC have girls that are involved with production operating the camera's etc but they are also girls that are in the porn/glamour model business , Megan Moore and Geri from Babestation also operate the camera's at times for BS , but i don't know of any channel that uses camera girls/ producers etc that haven't at some point in their career been porn or glamour models , i personally think there probably are girls working behind the scenes that haven't done porn or glamour stuff but we just don't hear about it .

Yeah it's just me being my curious self. Cos like I say whenever I have seen nut/zoo models videos of photoshoots you can see clearly there are at times women taking the snaps and moving the camera and they are defo not models themselves. Seems weird how they employ any tom dick or harry to work the camera/behind the scenes if they are a bloke but to operate the camera or behind the scenes on the babe channels you either have to be a model or a pornstar
