[edit] cmiller ^^, Ofcom are saying they have no control of what is shown on freeview before 12am , because the BS channels that start before 12am have a Dutch licence , so they are powerless to stop them , Ofcom licensed babe channels can't start before 12 am , this Ofcom complaint to NICAM as far as i can gather is about the content shown on freeview before 12am and doesn't concern Sky channels or freeview channels after 12am whether they have a Dutch licence or not .

I don't personally think that Ofcom complaining to Nicam will change anything. Nicam will tell Ofcom to mind their own business and to go stick their complaint up their arse, BS won't go bust but will most likely end up only having their encrypted channel. That's my view and as for Ofcom, they will eventually be pulled back into reality but the fta babechannels would of ceased to exist long before our government grows a pair and does something about Ofcom.

I am not decrying your position, btw, as I am sure that the UK authorities are on crusade to get sex off the tele. Ofcon will be backed by certain politicians putting pressure on their Dutch counterparts.

Hope they are told to fuck off (in Dutch, of course).

looks like six tv send a letter to ofcom about babestation.
but what they dont get is that not all of the channels start before mednight jest 2 of them.
but they will have ago at playboy on freeview next. for going out in the daytime.
