Why aren't Man Utd struggling in the Championship then?

er... because they're not in it? Huh

Exactly. Because no club of their size are likely to be in the Championship are they? With attendances of 60,000 Celtic would pass through it in no time. Not that it's ever likely to be put to the test.

If Celtic were in the Premier League they would regard themselves as a much bigger club than most of the other clubs they would be competing against.

No, I don't think they would or should regard themselves as a much bigger club than other teams. No team should think that way, no team should regard themselves as bigger. Its totally the wrong attitude.

No team has a divine right to be in the premier league. Sorry mate but I disagree that having 60,000 attendances would allow them to pass through the championship. Leeds have a stadium of 42,000 - not too far away from Celtic's level, and they haven't passed through it in no time.

If the Scottish league was abolished and replaced with a general league for the whole of the United Kingdom, Celtic, Rangers and anyone else should only be allowed to start at the bottom of the football conference. They would have to earn premier league status just like anyone else.

And it won't and shouldn't happen anyway so it's all a non event anyway.

TBO cant ever see all the English Chief Constables would ever be in favour Celtic or Rangers entering any English league, it's a no go right from the start. To much history between the two country's IMO.

how many of those fans would carry on going if they were getting beat every other week?

It's easy to watch a team that win every week.

lIf rangers wining the league nine times in a row didn't stop celtic fans turning up, loosing a few games in england would be a piece of piss!

In my opinion celtic fans are the most loyal, pasionate fans in the world and would show up to watch them play in outer mongolia!
