E-Mail Notification

For some reason my E-Mail notification for subscribed threads has ceased working sometime today.Wondered if it was linked to the site being down earlier today or just a coincidence,did seem to happen at about the same time.Any ideas would be appreciated.

I received some email notifications of thread updates, but nowhere near all.

I haven't received any for about 2 hours now!

There was an outage of about 15 minutes earlier today, but I can't see how that would have affected email notifications. I'll have to investigate email notifications not being received as an entirely separate issue.

Appears to be working again now, as I've received a few Forum emails, from (in my case) 12:28am today onwards.
Don't think I'm missing any, aside from yesterday's.

Same here,a few filtered through about 12.30am,although some missing.Think I'm getting them all now.

The problem with subscription notifications has been resolved. It was partially fixed at 00:25 on Saturday and then fully fixed at 04:50 on Saturday, so between 00:25 and 04:50 some of the notifications were sent but not all.

The notifications have been carefully monitored since the full repair at 04:50 on Saturday and the failure rate of the outgoing emails since that time has been zero, which therefore confirms that the issue has been fully resolved.

Last night I subscribed to Jennifer Jades night thread and this morning I was expecting a few emails having gone to bed at 1:30am but I didn't get any emails at all did I do something wrong? I did check the box to receive email notifications.

I received a thread notification email this morning so the system seems to be working. By the way, you wouldn't have received a few emails anyway if I understand things correctly. You would have only received one message and you would have to visit the forum again before you were sent another one.

I didn't get any emails this morning. And there was 4 new posts on Jennifers' thread between going to sleep and getting up this morning
