Skype problems

Just woundered if anyone can help me with my skype problem... When i go on Skype my call quality is fully green the bars but after about 3seconds it goes orange for some reason...

Never use to have any problems till now...

Just when im on a video calll i cant see the other person im talking with after about 3seconds but still hear eachother fine lol...

Ive tried messing about with it all day but everytime the call quality goes from green to orange in like 3seconds....

If anyone can help i would be greatful thanks

Is it just me or are any other forum members having connection issues with skype? (blue spinning wheel)
